Students:
The department graduates a total of 746 student. They are either middle or high school future teachers undergoing a course program of four or five years respectively.
They are actively participating in the intellectual and cultural life of the department. Many of them are members of the school theatrical group and are enthusiastically preparing a performance of Shakespeare’s Macbeth for the end of the year. In addition, students of the department of English have published two issues of a wall-magazine whose main aim is to cater for the intellectual and cultural life of the department- actually a third year initiative.
